Teletoon Gives Series to Mediocre Animator Just To Shut Him Up

Mediocre Toronto animator Colin McKenzie traps elder neighbor Sam Karkhunter with yet another of his incessant, incomprehensible diatribes about Canadian animation production and why his ideas are better than anything you see on TV or at the movies.

Fed up with constant phone calls to development execs, rambling misspelled blog posts and obnoxious drunken rants at film festivals, Canadian broadcaster Teletoon has signed mediocre Toronto animator Colin McKenzie to write, produce and direct a new 26 episode animated series, just to shut him up. According to an unnamed producer at the network, everyone got sick and tired of being accosted in the parking lot by the animator, reeking of Molson, randomly flipping through various pages of his pitch bible, shouting, “Help, somebody, the world’s greatest cartoon idea is being oppressed!”

The producer went on to say that the complaints to HR were so numerous that something had to be done, but that being Canadian, management was too nice to call the police, so finally, they decided the best and least embarrassing course of action was to go ahead and produce his show.   Teletoon executives refused comment, but McKenzie’s close friend, unemployed graphic artist Peter LaFleur said, “Yah, even by bad Canadian animator standards, he’d gotten pretty dang annoying, ya know. Hopefully now that he’s gonna be working a bit I can watch the Maple Leafs in peace.”

On behalf of Guru, Bardel, Cuppa Coffee, Cookie Jar and many other Canadian studios, we thank you for “taking one for the team” and giving this idiot a show.

Great, now you’ve gone and ruined it for everyone! Last fall at OIAF, I finally had him convinced his talent lay in Nunavit historical documentary filmmaking. By giving him a show, you’re just encouraging him. Now he thinks he actually has talent. We’ll never get rid of him!

Teletoon is always doing this. It’s why Canadian tv animation exists. Bunch a mediocre whiny whiner wieners. Sidney Crosby loving retard slops.
